In 2016, Marc obtained his license to build his own family home, and in doing so, discovered a true passion for construction—specifically for creating charming spec homes in Kernersville, North Carolina. As his business grew and he expanded into other areas of the Triad, Marc enlisted the help of his wife, Bonnie, to assist with design selections for the new builds. Much like Marc, Bonnie quickly found her own passion for new construction, particularly in the world of design. Together, they formed the perfect team, and their shared enthusiasm for home building has only deepened over time.
